The goal of each service or support we offer is to help each person achieve their personal goals and dreams. Links to our major options are provided below and should provide you the information needed to make an informed decision. We would love to help everyone in need of our support, however, most of our programs are specialized and based on certain eligibility and authorization requirements. Having said that, we also desire to help you find the information you need to navigate the complicated mental health system. We have recently devoted more time and resources in helping individuals in planning transitions. If you need this kind of assistance or have questions about eligibility, please contact our Transition Coordinator at (800) 644-2434 ext. 630.
