Employment Services
Employment Services is made up of programs that help individuals grow and meet their goals outlined in their Individual Plan of Service. The programs are: Skill Building, Life Skills Community Living Supports, Social Coaching and Job Development. Employment services programs are based in the community and focus on community integration.

Skill Building
This specific service is designed to increase individuals’ economic self-sufficiency and engage in purposeful and meaningful work and/or valued volunteer roles in community settings. Life Skills Community Living Supports
Life skills community living supports helps individuals with life skills in a community setting. We use an “Activities on the Go” curriculum that focuses on helping individuals build awareness of self, others and the community around them. We provide life skills community living supports in the community where the individuals reside to help them learn about the resources around them. Building awareness of their community resources enables them to make better decisions when they are out on their own. Click here to read more.

Social Coaching
Social Coaching is a program designed for young adults aged 16-25 years old is being offered with the goal of improving the social skills of individuals with Asperger’s Syndrome or Autism. Job Development
MOKA has been providing job development for over 20 years and has placed over 1500 individuals in jobs. Currently we are partnering with Michigan Rehabilitation Services in Kent County to provide individualized job development, job training, and job coaching. We are looking at expanding our job development services to additional counties.
