MOKA was developed to enhance the full inclusion of individuals with disabilities into our communities. We see endless possibilities to empower individuals to build relationships, make life choices, develop skills and competence and contribute back to the community.
The MOKA Foundation provides a clear avenue for members of the community to support MOKA and our core mission, including the individuals’ pursuit of personal goals through contributions to the Empowerment Fund; financial support for capital projects such as expanded residential options, program innovation and expansion, resource development or improving the quality of life for all those we are privileged to support and serve.
MOKA helps children and young adults with autism and their families learn skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA).
We encourage the development of relationships, helping individuals feel safe and affirmed.
Many people are able to live successfully in our communities but need additional support. That's the focus of providing community living supports.
Skill building provides knowledge, training, and exposure to new opportunities, primarily for individuals whose goal is employment.
Discovery is a core aspect of the community living skills program. This includes a common focus on discovery of the community, self and personal growth.
Care coordination is critical to individual success. Individuals who are eligible for services receive support from a designated supports coordinator.
You can make someone’s future brighter with
the simple click of a button. You gift changes lives, whether that’s providing
an individual opportunity of inclusion in the community, or helping an autistic
child reach their full potential. Give the gift of a brighter future.
